In the comment section, on the right hand side of the comments should be a little 'x', click that & the comment will be removed.
I thought you could set the video to comment approval but i just uploaded a video to test it & i didn't see that option, you might want to ask MBD.

no prolem lol. You can do what ever you want with your videos. They are disabled though.
