I have never had this happen to me, but then again, I guess after about the 2 or 3rd attempt to get through to this jackass, I would have laid it out clear "Cancel my fucking account, because I no longer wish to pay for your service, and it doesn't fucking matter if it's because of the Illuminati, or because, I am going through some personal reflection of what I am paying for vs what i am getting"

They're all like that, it's not just Comcast, it doesn't matter what service or product it is, the reps will harass the heck out of you.

Yeah reminded me of that AOL guy a few years back, haha this rep is unbelievable, not a good approach when your service is no longer the only game in town.

He was able to get his cable and internet cancelled in just over 8 minutes? That's a fucking record. I couldn't get the annoying FiOS guy away from my door that fast and he saw I was standing there with my walker and in pain. The fucker just wouldn't take NO for an answer, it took 20 mins or more to get him to go away. I've gotten rid of Jahova's Witnesses faster.
