KV reports " Caught on Camera: Texas cops beat up unarmed black man. The District Attorney's Office in Jefferson County, Texas has released dashcam video at the center of a police beating case. The video was captured by an officer's dashboard camera during an August, 2007 incident. It shows two Beaumont police officers stopping two suspects. The suspect in the back has his hands on the trunk of a car when officers begin hitting him with a baton. He was not armed." They also tried to use the handcuffed brother in front of the camera to try and block the beatdown of the unarmed brother handcuffed on the ground gettin' spit on.

It all started when a cop stopped a man for jaywalking. Things escalated quickly from there as voices were raised and a crowd gathered. When two young women intervened an onlooker pulled out his camera phone and started to roll tape.

The altercation took place on Martin Luther King Junior Way South in Seattle. The tape begins as the officer appears to be trying to arrest one of the girls for jaywalking.

Both girls, ages 19 and 17, were eventually cuffed and booked on suspicion of obstructing an officer. The one who was punched was checked out by medics and deemed to be OK.

The incident comes a month after an officer was caught on tape threatening to "beat the fucking Mexican piss" out of a robbery suspect he then stomped on the face. King 5 says Seattle police have decided not to review tape of this latest arrest, but we'll see what happens later once this thing circulates.
