What the Walmart !!!!!

The people who work at walmart are crooks i bought a knife at .08% sales tax at one walmart and went to return the item at a different one which happen to be a different county They ONLY refunded me at .07% sales tax I know it wasn't a lot of cash but how can WALMART get away with MONEY that Doesn't BELONG to them SO basically There keeping money that they should not Be > WHAT YOU GUYS THINK????
