I've have the pleasure of notifying members of a recent DMCA of con... I haven't stressed much over it, as most of the members already know how to counter, if they see fit, assuming all of these years on the internet has made us wiser than before.
TODAY, there were several MORE DMCA's filed. I didn't fret, nor will any member of this site. I-Tube will NOT go into lockdown mode, as there is nothing to hide here.
If you find yourself suffering from
a severe affliction from an asshurt, for WHATEVER reason, feel free to wage your war here. However, when you threaten to remove, not only, the content of members, but the site ITSELF, I will not be held responsible for the (digital) reprucussions that would occur there after, involving (former)
members of a defunct site.

Any members of this site that doesn't know how to file a counter DMCA, please feel free to contact me and I will walk you through it. Should you happen to be in possession of knowledge of countering......you already know that to do.

You see every chance he gets Argent just wants to restart an argument with Phantom... It really isn't about who threatened who first with Argent and Kenny... It's where does this all lead....
Argent is the one that always goes too far... Physical threats... Lawsuit threats... Ddos threats...
Kenny has done a fantastic job of trying to take the high road, this time... He actually deserves some props... AFAIC...
Mike has continued his death spiral of threat escalation... And deserves to be banned... He has spun through his threat cycle here in these blogs & videos and he can only further the case against him by doing more of it... He is now pursuing the harassment through PM's and Chats... PV and others have verified this in Skype...
Remember, Mike Argent009 is not above blackmailing people with personal info or flat out lies, so beware of what you tell him in confidence... Once he realizes you are no longer going to accept his lies on face value he will turn on you like a sniveling rabid rat... And the info you share with him then becomes a weapon for him to use...

I have the emails that came first from YOU Kenny, where you tried to get Trevor to go after me then you told people I beat up a 77 year old man and so on and so forth. It wasn't until you started shit with me that I threatened you. And I'm STILL saying the same shit. I don't deny anything I said, like you do. I'm not even listening to ZenFry anymore, those two are like your doo-wop backup singers. Except they never show enough leg or cleavage.

While some what anonymous everybody knows who I am, and I have been the same from the start... Argent is the one that will say he's your friend and then turn on you like a rabid sniveling rat when you bust him lying... He then starts making threats and starts harassing you with PM's and Chat messages and DDS attacks on your server... The only reason I might get on your case is if you are being stupid... See : Rare and Bytes as examples...
This is just a warning for you guys... It has happened time and time again to various people... Zen can attest Phantom can attest I am sure there are others... So please don't cry when this shit starts happening to you...
You really have to do your own comparisons... While you may not like what I say, I do not run around making physical threats to members of the site... I do not make legal threats to any person or website... I do not endanger the sites I belong to by bringing down DMCA's for their respective owners to have to deal with... I do not contact people days later after an argument via PM's or chat's making threats... I do not make threats of or perform DDOS attacks on their private servers or websites.... I simply speak truth to morons and it upsets them having their pitiful imaginary worlds dissembled...
As for monitoring Mike those are just the sites I have been on with him, that he has been banned from... The main danger to this or any site is Mike Argent... While it usually starts off good, once he gains your trust and thinks he can use your trust AGAINST others, he is off and running and it's all downhill from there... If you want to hope that he treats you like he treats his "friends" PhantomVision and Frank, then God help your soul... Never mind your website, or social media sites, it's really the years of harassment and lying that you will have to put up with afterward that makes not friending him in the first place a 10 fold bonus value...

Not even Close to the truth. You were banned for Multiple DMCAs after Ning identified as coming from your IP.
