I've have the pleasure of notifying members of a recent DMCA of con... I haven't stressed much over it, as most of the members already know how to counter, if they see fit, assuming all of these years on the internet has made us wiser than before.
TODAY, there were several MORE DMCA's filed. I didn't fret, nor will any member of this site. I-Tube will NOT go into lockdown mode, as there is nothing to hide here.
If you find yourself suffering from
a severe affliction from an asshurt, for WHATEVER reason, feel free to wage your war here. However, when you threaten to remove, not only, the content of members, but the site ITSELF, I will not be held responsible for the (digital) reprucussions that would occur there after, involving (former)
members of a defunct site.

Any members of this site that doesn't know how to file a counter DMCA, please feel free to contact me and I will walk you through it. Should you happen to be in possession of knowledge of countering......you already know that to do.

Yeah, I was real naughty, Brokenmech posted a video using my voice and someone who looked like me and I DMCA'd it legally and totally within my rights, so they banned me, isn't it terrible? I'm so naughty.

See SmallFry, unlike you, I've been around this block a thousand times, long enough to have a deep history, both good and bad. I've been banned from sites that nobody even remembers existed and I've made a lot of friends too. Even with some of the people who wanted me banned to begin with because they recognize that while I may be controversial at times and I may talk smack, I'm honest and I mean what I say. Unlike you, who makes drive by lulz and thinks he's somehow clever behind an anonymous account. I've put up so I don't have to shut up. So now you put up, lets see a face, hear a voice and show some cahones perro!

Here on this site you have made physical threats to at least 3 people. Threats of Denial of Service (a federal crime) . Threats of dropping DOC's through this sited PM service, outward threats of simply posting DOC's. Using and posting peoples content with out their permission, and getting DMCA'd for it..
