checking in and yeah i banned digger

hey guys! as some of you know i have been taking a break. i had a lil pc trouble. to be honest, i could have had it fixed sooner, but chose to wait so that i could take some time away. i will continue to re-evaluate my time online, and it will probably be more limited from now on. i have some things to focus on in my personal life. no, nothing bad. more like all good =) i did have some family drama going on recently, but this is resolved now.

i plan to continue vlogging, but....only as my schedule allows. yoga and my healthy lifestyle goals come first. i would post about this stuff, but i would prolly bore you to tears. suffice it to say, in the past few months i have completely reworked my entire schedule to work out and eat right. at times it has been very difficult. hopefully i can get used to this schedule as to have time to make vids again soon.

ok on to digger. simply put, i felt his extreme lashing out and accusations of beau and others on this site had gone too fucking far. its one thing for a user of this site to be unhappy and discuss it, or to even take open jabs at an admin. hell, if doody came on here calling me a mousy little bitch agan, i would take it on the chin and drive on. no biggie. i think i can safely say myself and my fellow admin's have had and can easily take our fair share of aggression.

but digger's abuse was so incessant, imo it was harassment. if digger's bullshit had been directed at any other user, he would have already been long gone. so because it was beau it should have been allowed? um, no. not in my opinion. you want a specific rule to go look at? ok, rule 14 of ning's TOS.

i am a mod here. i do not want to ban ppl. but i will when i think shit has gone too far. on a personal note, i dont think any admin (or user of the site for the matter) should have to watch fellow users or admins get treated this way. esp after beau tried so hard to be nice to digger and include him. i left for a WEEK and came back to digger spewing the same venom and accustions.

if anybody has a problem w this....feel free to let me know exactly what you think, i cant wait.

if my fellow admin's are disappointed in my decision and want me to give up the mod position, i understand. lemme know.
