Digger: Perception and Context

Things can perceived a particular way when you present them in a manner that you would like others to share your desired view of a certain situation.

Context means EVERYTHING when you're not privy to ALL of the facts, therefore making the information that is shown to you, that is CLAIMED to be factual and 100%..........incomplete.

Having laid down those basic MISCONCEPTIONS of CONCEPTION:

This morning, information had been turned over to another individual who had 2 DMCA's filed on HIMSELF, by HIMSELF.

When filing a DMCA, one states, "...UNDER PERJURY OF LAW...", we ALL know that term is there and SOME attempt to use it as a "Weapon of Pwnage"....well...it's not. It's a contract...and LEGAL binding contract that someone signs, agreeing that the information contained within said document is truthful and correct in accordance to the laws set forth before us.

When a user, counters the DMCA, there's is a 10 day waiting period, in which the originator of the DMCA may file AGAINST the counter. If they choose that...then legal actions are usually sure to ensue.....In THIS particular case.....the originator CANNOT counter...since they used the name and address of the person they filed on.

So....where does that leave us as Admin.

Several factors have to be considered.
1. We acknowledge that the DMCA was filed under the User's name and Address
2. We acknowledge that there are MANY people who have this name, but only ONE lives at that address.
3. Identity theft is a crime.
4. Filing false DMCA's is a crime.
5.The user has obtained legal counsel.
6. Information that may be critical is in our possession. (Info that was blacked out - Full details will be rendered if subpoenaed.
7. We take, in no shape, way or form, any joy, disdain or satisfaction in rendering this information.


Digger, your crusade against us is at it's end. You're out of steam. All information regarding this situation is just fueling you, when, in fact, it's none of your fucking business.
