Any DMCA that a site receives is not only sent to the person whose video is being DMCA'd but also the site owner.

That is how we know exactly who got how many DMCA's and when.

That is how we know that Phantom lied.

That is how we know I received mine.

I am still at a lost as to why I did not get suspended as Vic ( who had been dmca'd before ) told me four would result in loss of account. I don't know and I don't care.

The reason I came over here was to get a message to PhantomJism after reading the accusations made by him abut Cloak and I.

Take a look at your blog section.

You lot care about VH more than I do and I have 370 videos there.

Frank was the first to tell me I had been DMCA'd. I signed into VH the morning after you sent me a pm LYING about receiving a DMCA only to be told by Frank that I had received one and to check my inbox ( Frank was told by Tom )

Plus there is the video of me showing you my inbox.

I will not forward the emails to you as I do not want you to have my email address though I am more than happy to forward it to MBD as I trust him and I assume you do too.
