Not really true.  I have yet to see a Ning taken down by DMCA's alone.  I'm just tired of logging into my email account and seeing LONG ass emails from Kenny, practically begging me, to take down anything that has his face on it.  I'd just like to be footloose and Phantom free.  You've seen the shot.  Emails since March, each one LONG AS FUCK under the guise of authority.....it's seriously like this site is he ONLY focus.  

I WANT to give him his life back.

As for the MBD you would know him better than me, but yeah, if there was trouble from ning, there was kind of fair warning about that, it was pretty stupid shit, hope the purge fixes the problem for all involved.
