I'm a victim of Fraud
As a diehard skeptic I'm not someone who gets tricked or deceived easily. However, late last year a website called posterpass.com managed to pull a very clever fast one on me.
Despite getting my stolen money refunded back to me (about $150) and getting my debit card number change. These guys somehow managed tap into my account yet again about a year after the fact. This time it is outright theft and this time I'm gonna be coming at them hard. They have fucked with the wrong person now. I've already informed paypal of the situation and will be contacting law enforcement over this latest incident.
This bullshit was supposed to have been fully resolved a year ago and I'm still having to deal with it. After my experience I researched this shady organization and learned that they've pulled this scheme on thousands of others and stealing millions of dollars. These guys have been under investigation for quite sometime too and I am appalled that this "business" is still allowed to operate after all this time.

paypal is easy to hack into if you know what you are doing, and if the person is gullible enough.
Let me show you. Fred is selling a bike on ebay. George wins the auction and wants to pay by direct bank deposit. So fred gives George his bank account details. Then George changes his mind and wants to pay by paypal, so Fred gives George his paypal account name. Then George goes to paypal and clicks on the "don't remember my password" link, and guess what the question George is asks for security? yes that is correct "What is you bank account?"! So George types in the bank account numbers and gets into the paypal account. George then transfers money out of Fred's paypal account. Fred finds out he has been hacked, so guess what Fred does? yes you guessed right! He changes his password! So six months later George does the same think again to Fred! They do this to alot of ppl.
