@ Rare ~ You apparently can't read or comprehend the English language if you think I had anything to do with the DMCA's...

Kenny being here and talking doesn't allow you or Argent to violate the TOS whenever you want... Kenny is also here because you goaded him...  You admitted to doing so in your own blog...  Other than talking about the issue and the past Kenny didn't do anything wrong....

Kenny also did not force you or Argent to post his videos...  

You posting the videos is what got them DMCA'd ... NO MATTER WHO DMCA'd THE DAMN THINGS....  

You also told Kenny you wouldn't take them down...  So even if he did, he had a right to do so, cause you said you would refuse to remove them... 

Your fault for starting the shit, your fault for posting the vid, Argents fault for posting the vids, and both your fault for the DMCA's .... 

As for my participation and enjoyment of anything... I fully admit that I am here to insult the stupid... but that's not a TOS violation...

Rare and Argent are here violating the TOS daily.... They finally get their asses spanked, through official channels, and you are upset for the site... Well it's your fault Bytes... Here's the many TOS violations you as MOD let go...

For the record all the butthurt is coming from Argent... Kenny spanked his ass off his servers for being the dildo you know he is and that caused issues on Vloasis... Argent's butt hurt was so great there that he is now banned from Vloasis for threatening them with lawsuits ...

Rare has brought up all this crap for Argent to have his public hissyfit... If Bytes wants to blame anybody, blame the two morons right there... Rare even said that Kenny would have to DMCA the video she posted to get it removed...  While Argent posted what 5 or 6 more vids...  

Screw you Bytes, as a mod, if you didn't take the shit from Rare & Argent down.... Now you have DMCA's against the site and are upset but it's your fault..... I saw it was going to be DMCA'd from the get go....  If you a couldn't tell with Argent and Kenny's past that this shit happens, then your head is up your ass....

 

When Rare flat out refused to remove stuff by request the battle ground was laid....

What I am saying is..

(a) if Kenny DMCAed something he owned the copyright to.. he would have No Reason to hide his identity.  In fact, doing so would be against his best interests since he couldn't possibly follow it up, if a counter DMCA was filed.  HOWEVER, if "Someone" wanted to frame him... They would certainly look for any videos Others have up with Kennys content and DMCA those to make him look guilty.

As for Kennys DMCA Past... There are MANY here just as guilty of such underhanded dealings & history.  Bytes points to Kennys past involvements in such things.  However, Argent was caught flat out.. by NING.

@Bytes... I completely understand you are not interested in the squabbles on other sites.  However, if the source of conflict here is a result of conflict There... it's worthwhile to at least look at and understand the interactions there.  Because they Bleed over HERE where you are concerned.   It simply makes the picture complete and helps to ferret out WHO is at the center of it.   What names are common threads through it all.

I didn't end up here due to any of this.   I came over to see why someone whos content I never comment on, or have anything to do with would DNC me on another site.  (DNC = Do Not Contact ).   Surprise!  While I am minding my own business, Argent and Kenny are throwing my name all over they place and blaming me for God only knows what.

The Bottom line is.. Argent got his e-feelings hurt.  He's sitting around with nothing to do all day long except think about it.  Then he lashes out at those he feels have unjustly cause him angst.  Whatever that filter is that says to a person... "That's too far" in most people is broken in him.  So he goes to extreme measures to be hurtful and exact some revenge.  Who he hurts in the process isn't even a thought to him.

IMHO - that is what you are seeing here.   Argent was Skooled by PV ( no less ) and so is framing him to exact his revenge.  He is even calling the mans home and making death threats.   He's made threats toward me, but I am not easily intimidated.  Especially not from a guy in a wheelchair, missing parts, and pissing in a Ziplock!

It would be laughable.. if not so sad.

@Rare -  Videos are automatically copyrighted the moment they are created. The copyright always belongs to the creator (just like photographs or artwork).
I don't feel like you did anything wrong. You were having a conversation with Argent and Phantom ran over here acting like an ass. Phantom is the one who always gets butthurt and starts arguments he can't win, then he gets frustrated and throws a DMCA tantrum. He did it when this site was DramaTube, he did it on YouTube, he did it on VH.....It is always his last resort to get revenge...and he always gets found out (and then usually admits to doing it in the first place). It is just what he has ALWAYS done.

I think filing false DMCAs is the about the most immature thing a person on the internet can do. It is just made of pure fail. Besides, Phantom has seen all of those videos about him on YT a zillion times. It isn't like they are anything new and shocking to him. He can't seem to get it through his head that he can't make them disappear because they don't belong to him. Unfortunately for Phantom, those videos will be on the internet forevermore. He can DMCA them until his head explodes....they will still be on the internet.

@Rare - That is basically what Kenny said to me last night.
Another thing he said to me (which makes no sense) - he got pissed off because Argent was talking to you about what happened on Kenny's Minecraft server. He said,"Argent had no right to drag his business over here."  I told him that was just stupid, you and Argent were only having a conversation. I told him that HE was the one who came here and turned it all into a huge argument. I also asked him how exactly was you and Argent's conversation different than him running whining in an email to Trevor about what happened on his server? AND how is it different than him Skyping me first thing in the morning demanding that I remove your video (and all the comments attached) because it made him look bad?
Last night, Kenny also tried desperately to get me to go on Skype and speak to an admin at VH and Zen and Frank about things that Argent has supposedly done in the past. I told Kenny I don't give a flying shit what happened on other websites with people and circumstances I do not know or care about. I asked Kenny why does he insist that I judge Argent by Argent's past YET everyone is expected to magically forget everything Kenny has done on EVERY WEBSITE HE HAS EVER BEEN ON???

I told Kenny that he needed to do some serious thinking because I WILL find out who did this and when I do, if it turns out to be Kenny behind this - I told him I will permaban him from this website until hell freezes over. I told him he has the option of withdrawing those DMCAs and apologizing to everyone OR let me find the truth on my own and suffer the consequences.

What pisses me the most, is that Kenny shit on MBD by doing all of this. If it turns out that the members who were DMCA'd do not attempt to file counter notices and the DMCAs are left to stand, MBD could lose this site. MBD has spent a buttload of money over the course of years keeping this site - only to have the likes of Kenny jeopardize it all. For what??? All because someone said something mean to him on the internet? boo fucking hoo......MBD has never done anything to Kenny and ultimately this is who Kenny is hurting by filing the DMCAs on this website.

It doesn't matter how long the content has been up.  It is still content that belongs to the content creator.  While you may not feel sharing it is a problem, legally the content creator has a right to protect their copyright anywhere it appears.

Right now the only ones producing any "evidence" are those with an axe to grind.  I hope the Admin and Mods here use the tools available to any ning site member and get the info from creditable sources who have nothing to gain.

Then.. let the cards fall as they may.

@Bytes - Ning has the ability and will release IP information from DMCA Notices.  VH used this to discover who was filing multiple clams there ( ARGENT ) and as a result, Perma Banned that User.  Even if they spoof IP, sooner or later they will f*ck up and forget, exposing who they are. 

note: An invisible IP tracker here makes it easy to compare IPs with the ones reported by Ning.

@ Rare - You can get your YT content back. You just have to be patient and fill out the info in the counter DMCA correctly. TIP: If you don't want to use your home address (for security reasons), give the address of a friend, neighbor or a PO box  as your address. You ( Argent ) posted Kennys Content to irritate him in retaliation for him Literally running you off the other site and refusing to remove your "creative crap" on his server.  He ( PV ) threatened to file Legit DMCAs on that content.   YOU then saw an opertunity to frame him by ( A ) Filing the DMCAs under a false name and then ( B ) saying... HEY LOOK!   Kenny Admitted doing it Before he did.

Now Any and ALL Evidence he had anything to do with it comes from YOU?   Sooner of later people will understand, this is your method ( almost every time ) and you will be on the rocks here.  You really need to learn not to shit where you eat.  The number of sites you are allowed at are becoming more and more scarce.
