I am just trying to look out for you, so you relax and meditate. Stress isn't good, at least not for me, I mean maybe you are fine, but high blood pressure can take years off your life.

Well, I suppose if you are into paint, but this woman is not only eating but explaining something about her experience, and being that she is IN Hong Kong and one might relax and LEARN something, I guess your other alternative is to read the title not watch, and go watch paint dry.
