Notice to MBD

Kenny is at it again with the false DMCA's, I was contacted by Ning the other day that someone using my name attempted to file about a dozen false DMCA's against this site. Luckily they know now to check with me before believing any DMCA's coming from my name. He's done this so often they actually have my name on a watch list of people to check with ahead of time. Of course we know this is Kenny, maybe it's about time for phantom409fails.com to open up.

Who in the Holy Hell would be attending their son's funeral and be concerned with "getting as much recording as humanly possible" ? Seriously....that is the LAST thing any normal person would be thinking about. But then again....Phantard is not normal and his story is just another big fat lie.

It USED to be the owners of the video and website got a notification. Now....apparently not. Something has changed in the matrix and the approach. From the sounds of it, there may be a crackdown on the falsehoods of the the DMCA pattern and to prevent people from abusing it.

While it doesn't apply NOW.....you can be assured, at one day, at one time, they WILL come for the person(s) tieing up the system with false allegations.
