Notice to MBD

Kenny is at it again with the false DMCA's, I was contacted by Ning the other day that someone using my name attempted to file about a dozen false DMCA's against this site. Luckily they know now to check with me before believing any DMCA's coming from my name. He's done this so often they actually have my name on a watch list of people to check with ahead of time. Of course we know this is Kenny, maybe it's about time for phantom409fails.com to open up.

Comment by Argent009 on May 19, 2015 at 2:50am: When they get a DMCA with my details attached to it they don't even bother the website owner anymore, they just ask me "is this another fake?" and I say yes and they scrap it. If you need proof of this for any reason just ask, I saved the email from Ning. I can either forward it to you or upload a video of it. Of course there's no evidence to prove it was Kenny but we all know better by now that he's notorious for doing this shit on a regular basis and it's safe to assume he's the guilty party. What he doesn't understand is that every time he does this he's committing a federal crime which he could get 25 years for and both I and the person he's falsely flagging could go after him in civil court for monetary damages. In short, he could have his life seriously ruined, not that it could get much worse, maybe for him jail would be an upgrade in living accommodations.

Maybe they've changed some processes, I don't know. I hardly check their stats anymore.

He did this to Vloggerheads 2 months ago too. About 3 times. That's when I contacted them and told them to ignore any DMcA's from me because they're fake.
