In fact, just go ahead and post my home address here. In order for me to be "summoned to court" your lawyer HAS to have my home address.

Put up or shut up.

2.) Admit the truth and apologize in a video AND in writing for what you have done to everyone on this website (including MBD).

3.) Get PERMABANNED from this website.

I've also posted my address and telephone # right here on a blog in the past, so my info is totally public knowledge.

What I'd like to know is, how can Phantard afford an attorney when he makes $600 at his job? I know this because he actually checked his bank balance on the phone on speakeerphone with me and Noize on Skype and we heard his balance right after he got paid. Seems to me that's not quite enough to hire an attorney. And I don't think there are many lawyers taking pro bono work for fake DMCA's on Ning sites. As per usual, Phantard is full of fucking shit. I was supposed to have gotten something in the mail if you remember, he made that claim a week ago, nothing's arrived, must have gotten lost or something. :) hahahahah.
