Just got this message from Phantard on Skype. Besides the FACT that I know I never filed a freakin DMCA on i-tube EVER....

I am giving you until 12 noon tomorrow (3/12/2014) to:

1.) Post my IP address here publicly on this blog post (Since you claim to have my IP already in your possession, that shouldn't be a problem, right?). You have my full permission to post it here on i-tube.

In fact, just go ahead and post my home address here. In order for me to be "summoned to court" your lawyer HAS to have my home address.

Put up or shut up.

2.) Admit the truth and apologize in a video AND in writing for what you have done to everyone on this website (including MBD).

3.) Get PERMABANNED from this website.

The ball is now in your court Phantard. Pick one. I am done playing. This is your final choice.

Comment by Bytes on March 11, 2014 at 6:14pm: Interesting little detail that Phantard is overlooking - the DMCAs had the name Mike Draxx on them not Phantard's real name. IF someone wanted to frame Phantard (as he claims) wouldn't the DMCAs been filed using Phantard's real name? AND IF Phantard actually did have the money to take anyone to court....he would have one helluva time proving that anyone framed him considering that his name does not appear anywhere on those DMCA documents.
Phantard is such a flaming idiot. His lies are not very well thought out at all.
