AND one more thing - in fact, the court might just rule against Phantard (in this imaginary courtroom) because Phantard ADMITTED on video that he had filed false DMCAs in the past using that same name "Draxx". So....um....yeah.....

But considering Phantard lives in la la land of imaginary things....and doesn't even have a pot to piss in.....ain't nobody going to court. Phantard ALWAYS threatens lawsuits when the shit gets too deep.

Interesting little detail that Phantard is overlooking - the DMCAs had the name Mike Draxx on them not Phantard's real name. IF someone wanted to frame Phantard (as he claims) wouldn't the DMCAs been filed using Phantard's real name? AND IF Phantard actually did have the money to take anyone to court....he would have one helluva time proving that anyone framed him considering that his name does not appear anywhere on those DMCA documents.
Phantard is such a flaming idiot. His lies are not very well thought out at all.

@Cross - Yes, of course, Phantard had Argent's IP because Argent played Minecraft on Phantard's server quite a lot. As far as having Argent's real name and address....I would assume (no offense, Argent) that Phantard probably got that from ED.
