Phantom's request for reinstatement

We have read and discussed your request which you posted on u-tubedrama. I have already explained that we can not just reinstate your original account until you prove you have changed your ways. We are, however, happy to give you a trial period to prove yourself. You can open a temporary account immediately, which will be approved. This will allow you access to all the facilities like chat and messaging. You can also post videos and blogs.
If things don't work out then we can just terminate the account without you losing any of your original content on your pv account. You would then have to wait a futher 6 months for another review.
