@jfry - "PV is as honest as the day is long." Seriously?!? You really REALLY need to know more about this person you are trying to defend. Phantom has a very long and extensive history of harassing people and making up outrageous lies about them. Phantom is willing to say or do ANYTHING to get attention for himself.

How do I know? I know because I was stalked and harassed non-stop by Phantom for 2 years.

He made video after video after video claiming I (along with MBD) had broken into his house and stolen things. (MBD lives in Washington, DC and I live in the same state as Kenny but NOWHERE near him.) Phantom claimed I kept driving by his house taking pictures of him. Phantom even went on BlogTV and spewed random, ridiculous lies about me for 3 hours straight and he was talking to NO ONE. There was no one logged into Phantom's BlogTV and he just sat there for 3 hours talking non-stop about me! It was just creepy. (I videoed the entire thing.) Phantom tried everything he could to make people hate me and make people believe I was the one stalking him or trying to hurt him, when all along - it was Phantom targeting me. I don't even know what dark little corner of his mind all this BS came from....it was truly bizarre and disturbing. It was like Phantom had decided that I was the new "Trevor Rieger" or something.

And, what did I DO to deserve this treatment from Phantom? I did one thing: I tried to be his friend because I could tell he was lonely and I felt sorry for him. I offered to help him with his websites because I could tell how much they meant to him. He used to talk about his websites constantly, but they were very poorly done. Remember his "domains"? Phantom409.com, SimTube and another one I can't remember the name of.....I offered my help and he said, "Sure!" So, I made some awesome custom animated banners for every one of his websites and was trying to help him turn his websites into something he could be proud to show off. I only did it because I am a nice person and I try to help people out when I can . I didn't want anything from Phantom and, in fact, told him to tell other people that all the work on his website was done by him. I didn't even want credit for it.

THEN - Out of the freakin' blue - he turned on me. One minute, I'm his best buddy, helping him with his website designs and the next minute, he was suddenly screaming all these outrageous lies about me. I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO PROVOKE HIM - except be nice to him. We hadn't had any sort of argument or anything - just BOOM! It was like he completely lost his shit and became a different person.

If you don't believe what I am saying, ask MBD or MagicWhoha (or any of the members who have been on this site since the beginning) - they were here and watched the whole thing unfold.

The ONLY way I was able to get him to leave me alone....I threatened to sue him. (Yes, I WAS serious and had enough proof to take him to court for harassment, slander and defamation. NC takes internet harassment VERY seriously.) Then I set up an elaborate plan with some of my best friends and I humiliated the living shit out of him in front of everyone on DramaTube and VloggerHeads. He never bothered me again. He promised to stop and he did.

BUT I never got an explanation as to why he did those things OR any sort of apology for any of it.

The point is - you may THINK Phantom is your "Little Buddy" right now. But soon enough and without warning, you will be on the receiving end of his obnoxious, lying bizarre behavior and you will be singing an entirely different tune.

@Jfry - Argent did NOT "come here with an agenda". Unlike you and Zen (and even Phantom for that matter), Argent has been on i-tube on a fairly regular basis for at least a couple of years now. Argent, Rare and I have been here when no one else was and having occasional conversations. The only thing that happened here was Phantom came cruising thru and happened upon a conversation he didn't like....and proceeded to completely lose his shit when he couldn't get me to remove the comments or the video.

As far as hard evidence that Kenny committed this last round of DMCAs, you will have to speak to MBD about that. I used to be an admin on this site until about a month or so ago (I quit the site due to boredom, honestly). I asked MBD if I could look at the information and try to trace it back to the origin. He basically said that he doesn't care who filed the DMCAs. Soooo.....if anyone can convince MBD to let someone look at the info....it could be figured out.

Your mistaken. I didn't come here with any agenda. I came here to see why I got a DNC on another website when I don't communicate with that person anyway. Aside from finding my answer, I also saw people making all kinds of accusations with not a shred of proof. So I simply pointed that fact out.

We had a lot of deep conversations. Something came over him while he was watching that. He became himself and dropped his guard. Don made me promise to not call him Digger anymore. He said,"I'm not that guy anymore. I want to be Don."

He and I drifted apart and didn't talk very often after the oil spill. He got into other things....and was busy keeping up with his YouTube channel and cranking out videos. He was doing things that made him happy.

I am glad I got to know the real Don. He actually was a really nice guy.

And when Digger did Pass it was quick and brief ..I held a two day service in my room of a party for his honor in rememberence .. I myself hardly ever cry ..
