@jfry - "PV is as honest as the day is long." Seriously?!? You really REALLY need to know more about this person you are trying to defend. Phantom has a very long and extensive history of harassing people and making up outrageous lies about them. Phantom is willing to say or do ANYTHING to get attention for himself.

How do I know? I know because I was stalked and harassed non-stop by Phantom for 2 years.

He made video after video after video claiming I (along with MBD) had broken into his house and stolen things. (MBD lives in Washington, DC and I live in the same state as Kenny but NOWHERE near him.) Phantom claimed I kept driving by his house taking pictures of him. Phantom even went on BlogTV and spewed random, ridiculous lies about me for 3 hours straight and he was talking to NO ONE. There was no one logged into Phantom's BlogTV and he just sat there for 3 hours talking non-stop about me! It was just creepy. (I videoed the entire thing.) Phantom tried everything he could to make people hate me and make people believe I was the one stalking him or trying to hurt him, when all along - it was Phantom targeting me. I don't even know what dark little corner of his mind all this BS came from....it was truly bizarre and disturbing. It was like Phantom had decided that I was the new "Trevor Rieger" or something.

And, what did I DO to deserve this treatment from Phantom? I did one thing: I tried to be his friend because I could tell he was lonely and I felt sorry for him. I offered to help him with his websites because I could tell how much they meant to him. He used to talk about his websites constantly, but they were very poorly done. Remember his "domains"? Phantom409.com, SimTube and another one I can't remember the name of.....I offered my help and he said, "Sure!" So, I made some awesome custom animated banners for every one of his websites and was trying to help him turn his websites into something he could be proud to show off. I only did it because I am a nice person and I try to help people out when I can . I didn't want anything from Phantom and, in fact, told him to tell other people that all the work on his website was done by him. I didn't even want credit for it.

THEN - Out of the freakin' blue - he turned on me. One minute, I'm his best buddy, helping him with his website designs and the next minute, he was suddenly screaming all these outrageous lies about me. I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO PROVOKE HIM - except be nice to him. We hadn't had any sort of argument or anything - just BOOM! It was like he completely lost his shit and became a different person.

If you don't believe what I am saying, ask MBD or MagicWhoha (or any of the members who have been on this site since the beginning) - they were here and watched the whole thing unfold.

The ONLY way I was able to get him to leave me alone....I threatened to sue him. (Yes, I WAS serious and had enough proof to take him to court for harassment, slander and defamation. NC takes internet harassment VERY seriously.) Then I set up an elaborate plan with some of my best friends and I humiliated the living shit out of him in front of everyone on DramaTube and VloggerHeads. He never bothered me again. He promised to stop and he did.

BUT I never got an explanation as to why he did those things OR any sort of apology for any of it.

The point is - you may THINK Phantom is your "Little Buddy" right now. But soon enough and without warning, you will be on the receiving end of his obnoxious, lying bizarre behavior and you will be singing an entirely different tune.

Kenny has been honest in this whole current matter, as far as can see it...

Argent is the only liar for this current situation that we have here... I can see this by his description of what happened at Vloasis... Kenny and Zen can attest to this also...

With the past being the past, Kenny lied and did stuff and admits it... With Argent he maintains his lies that he has never done anything, refuses to apologize and never admits wrong doing... This is where Kenny's honesty hurts him and Argent's pathological lying helps him... Sad thing is that people here don't accept apologies and only accept the word of pathological liars...

The only sad sack of shit here is Argent and he came here with an agenda... Why because he has been BANNED EVERY WHERE ELSE....

He only has this place to do this kind of shit... His butthurt from Vloasis has spilled over.... he has NO WHERE ELSE TO GO... All you can do is expect more stupid shit to happen while he is here...

I feel for ya Bytes ( no sarcasm intended ) This new "Bytes did it" is just plain Bat Shit crazy. None of this really matters in the long run. But what utter BS.

And yeah.. I already know how this story goes.. Phantom when from blaming Trevor for greifing his server, to Marcel, then to me ( at Marcels request )... to I did it alone.. etc etc etc. Over imaginary blocks in an imaginary world. No real damage done, the server never went down or was unavailable. etc etc etc..

and it just goes on and on and on with no sane reasoning. So.. yep... I understand all too well.

My whole point here is and has been.. show real proof of guilt in This Particular Incident. I haven't changed that position. So.. using the same standard.. PV is WAY off base accusing you here.

I have NEVER filed a false DMCA. Not one.
If you would like a discussion about copyright laws and the DMCA, let's go for it. I have spent alot of time studying it. I know exactly what constitutes fair use under United States law. I have had plenty of YouTubers contact me for advice on copyright law.

You brought Zen and Jfry here to defend you. Yet, when I speak, I am "butting in"? This issue doesn't directly involve Zen or Jfry either.

They only came to i-tube to dredge up Argent's past history. Oh....wait....I thought you didn't want the past brought up ("old regurgitated videos", etc.). This whole thing started because you didn't like what Argent was saying to Rare in a private conversation. Your whole excuse was that Argent shouldn't be trying "to involve Rare." THEN you ran around trying to drag anyone/everyone into it yourself. You are a hypocrite.

If you don't want YOUR past brought up, then don't do it to other people because we both know YOU have a VERY disturbing and ugly past, Kenny.
