Repercussions & Consequences
So I hosted a video over on one of our partner sites, as I often do. THIS one...is actually making the news. It's from one of my (unnamed) drivers documenting themselves being overworked...more like 10 hrs and 30 mins later, before dispatch OFFERED a lunch break.
I posted this video on YT, not here, since I could embed straight from YouTube. Here's the video.
Since I posted it, the video has been picked up and passed around.....
So...my question. What series of events should I be looking out to happen and what recourse will I be able to take.

I would say contact the department of labor they regulate the laws for employment there are federal regulations and individual state regulations. This is more than likely a violation on both levels.

I looked up MVTransportation,they are a para transit,which means they transport disabled as well as seniors who can no longer drive.No they don't need to be in that state while driving the most vulnerable among us.this should be picked up and spread.

WOW, this is crazy. I'm glad the driver altered his/her voice, but as for possible recourse, I don't know. Can they FORCE you to reveal the driver's ID or what ? Damn
