Georgetown is a high end shopping/living district where the motto is, "If you have to ask, then you can't afford it".  Historic district in Washington, D.C. where rich people live in beat up old houses, infested with rats and roaches, no yards, tiny driveways, and families who live uncomfortably close to each other with 24 hr foot traffic.  Gas, in that area...almost 5 bucks/gallon.  Streets are always gridlocked and crime is rampant.
