DVW, I had a half feral cat, a girl, now gone, who was like that. I HAD TO keep my toes under the covers.
Archie wanders and cries sometimes at night. He was outside, homeless for a while, abandoned at a refinery Rod and Gun Club, before I took him out of there. He was lonely there.

Both, Rocky (see my video of all three cats, I think it's here) sleeps in the cat bed next to my head allot. Archie does skeep on my pillow during the day and they also sleep in the beds along the wall. BUT... Archie slees allot right next to my hip part of the night. There are other rooms. also with cat beds, one is an enclosed outside room. They move around allot. I made a point years back to make the nicest cat home I could. (Not cathouse LOL)

Yes indeed, they are nocturnal..its good to play with them before shut-eye time...before I figured that out with my last cat in Florida, he would attack my toes while I tried to sleep...KILL the TOES!
