I never said wether it was wrong or right until the last post. I state that if he banned him just because he was tired of him, then he was wrong for that.

The last I heard about the banning issue was "you have to do something pretty major to get banned here" like dropping docs, etc., and just being a pain in the ass, which he was doing, won't get you banned.

He could have been easily taken off the friends list and block from commented and sending pm's by anyone that did not want to communicate with him.

I don't want or need your IP addresses and it's not in my interest to have them. I trust the other Admin of this site are in unison when I denounce the using and tracking of IP addresses here.

And he didn't go and d something stupid like going over anyones heads to NING trying to get the site shut down. If ANYONE is EVER so sick of someone that they don't want to deal with them there is this amazing little feature called BLOCK. Problem solved without a bullshit ban. I said it befor, I'll say it again, it's his site, he can do whatever he wants with it, but the fact is that this site was touted as somewhere you wouldn't have to worry about bullshit bans and censorship. Diggers banning flys in the face of that claim. It's really that simple. Can I understand the urge to ban him? Yes, emphatically, Yes. With the way this site was being promoted do I think Diggers banning was contrary to the claims made about this site? Yes, absolutely, Yes. That is my real issue here. Nothing more, nothing less. Is this just another YouTube or Moar? Is that why anyone came here? I know I came here BECAUSE of the "NO ONE GETS BANNED" hype that was being spread. And yes, I do know there are exceptions to that "No banning" concept, but in this case there was no TOS violation.....

I said it the other day in a blog and I will say it again today. There are limitations on freedom of speech, one being acts of harming another emotionally, physically, and mentally. And hatred.

If he doesn't like me and decides to ban me, I wouldn't give a fuck.......because of the fact that I have many many many more sites that I belong to and own so it wouldn't hurt me if I was banned. But one way to get banned is to just keep fucking with someone because you are a butt hurt bitch, like Digger obviously done. All that bullshit he was doing was really uncalled for and childish. It is obvious that he was up to a lot more than just exposing someone for a stat counter. Something more happened for him to ban this man, because of the fact that why didn't he ban him when he first started the shit.

Digger kept on bragging, and accusing this site of logging IP's and probably privately messaging him with other bullshit, that we have not seen. Digger posted what he wanted the community to see..

How the hell do figure that you can come and join someone elses site and do what the fuck you want to and the owner or owners of the site can't do shit about it. They just gonna let you run amuck on the site doing whatever you want.
