Lol ! "Sin Tax" is a general term for all of those TYPES of laws. They also call the laws against salt and sugar sin taxes. It is not literally because they might be sin's, its because people deem them bad for you. The laws also do not establish a single or preference to any religion... Which is what the Constitution is talking about.
Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
This only applies to Government also. As individuals we are allowed to practice our religion and let it affect us in our decisions. A Governor or Statesman or Congressman and even the President are all allowed to make decisions based on their religion or not.
The people are free to make any law they like to their preference. And anyone can suggest it. The laws are still voted on and passed by masses of people. They do not simply become law by the decree of the leader of the LDS. People are allowed to vote their conscience, and if their beliefs align with the Church of Latter Day Saints, then you will get laws that fit their lifestyle... People are allowed to let their religion affect them, they can even make laws that reflect their religious views. They are only prohibited from establishing one religion over any other and they may not stop other from freely exercising their religion...
Here is some links to back up what I am saying.

So like I said, there is a sin tax and there is verifcation and it is true in Utah.
@Jfry Actually, According to more than one person here in Utah. The president of the Latter Day Saints proposed a sin tax in Utah on Cigarettes and Alcohol in Utah. Since the Mormons does not support Smoking or Drinking and there is more voters on this that is Latter Day saints then it is something that is mandatory in Utah and there is no sparation of Church and State in Utah.
Trump never called Killary a cunt or a bitch on twitter... We all know she is both and worse, but lets not start our own fake news stories...
Also, he never promised to raise the minimum wage. Raising the minimum wage only puts more of those that can least afford it back on the streets without a job. Seattle is finding this out by raising their minimum wage to $13 this year and they are going to $15 in the future. Studies show an over all decrease in the hours they are working and they are making less money because of it... Major companies are installing tablets and kiosks to take peoples orders, and they will be investing in machines to automate their processes.

Oh and in your video about Utah and complaining about Freedom of Religion. You have it 100% wrong. Government is not allowed to establish a religion that everyone has to adhere to. Nor can it favor one religion over another. People are allowed to pass laws that may reflect their beliefs though.
Really you should stick to minecraft and your attempt at computer wizardry...
