Check out the one of the persian gulf and the way it cooked the fish in the sea. It's scary shit to think about the same fucker's we are trying to stop have this technology and are more than willing to use it.

very interesting stuff, I can see how the depth may be related to the location of the large plates which shift, at the same height. However it is very strange the number of them, and the fact that across the planet there are others. We all know haarp exists, and if they test earthquake technology, SOMEONE will notice... hard to believe they would be working on China etc. though.. .that would be war, China is well versed in manipulation of weather... I guess its very possible they use the same HAARP technology though. Good stuff.
