Btw. not exactly sure but out of the top of my head. 18.000 dollar clone 4000 dollar natural.

There are "only" a thousand clones in the one hundred million-strong US cattle herd.
But of-course they create offspring so... 1 calf a year ( 1 in 1000 get twins maybe super cow 100/1000? who knows)
And same happening with extremely edited crops they spread even easier.

Us specifically doesn't sent but sometimes milk batches from cloned cows get imported.
One of the articles actually states something like: We are looking for the best steak and if we have it we are going to clone it (Super Cow/steak O.o) They can still find living parts to clone of like 48 hours after "dead"
The main problem is there is no regulation on importing the semen of cloned bull's. I believe they found 6 milk cows with clone gene's or fully, witch had created offspring.

Corn and crops are indeed mostly clone's but then again not really they have been made some small adjustments in the DNA and even radiated i believe. And some strain mixing but that happens in your garden to if you for example have 2 almost the same Capsicum chinense (Chilli's 8) ) or even C.annuum / C.Chinense.
Those new chili's contain seeds of strain. When pollinated correctly by nature. (bee's) or human. (me)
On youtube you can find whole documentary's on Monsanto and there seeds/ super crops. And there are of-course more company's. There is even a seed fault where they store "Original" seeds, like Noah's ark because they are seriously afraid it will grow out of hand. But i really are going to stop typing now.

Wouldn't a natural born one be cheaper? They HAVE to be... But I would be concerned too.. I thought one of the main arguments of NOT cloning animals was to have a DIVERSE (Read: HEALTHY) gene pool? Huh... but now that I think about it.. I think alot of CORN and other plant foodstuffs, could be considered clones.
