lol i remember my 1st headstand. what a freaky feeling. it can sound loud when one crashes but little pain... glad you are ok! i do hatha yoga; very diff. from hot. wish i could do hot, too. bad wrist injuries from the past.

@maiyanna yeah i remember you saying you work out...i dont think it gets boring for me b/c i have a variety of instructors....and they are always doing different things to mix it up, including involving dance and martial arts.
