Pre-emptive impeachment

An oldie but goodie - old news, but I spent a lot of time making this and not enough people viewed it on the tube.

Here's an idea. Instead of dragging our heels and doing everything by the book, let's take a leaf out of the RepigNeocons' book and launch a pre-emptive strike!

You know it makes sense.
