KV reports " Caught on Camera: Texas cops beat up unarmed black man. The District Attorney's Office in Jefferson County, Texas has released dashcam video at the center of a police beating case. The video was captured by an officer's dashboard camera during an August, 2007 incident. It shows two Beaumont police officers stopping two suspects.
