No you are stupid. Iraqis were better of then than now.
Iraq was boycotted for 10 years by the US. This cost the life's of 1 million Iraqis. Half of them children.
Dirty water and missing medicine the main cause. Iraq was prohibited to import water cleaning machinery because " it could have been used to produce WMD ". No WMD found so far

And why did 1/2 million Iraqis had to go too because of US bombings?
Saddam is dead, so why stay in Iraq and rob it's oil?
