See, as much as you say this from a parental perspective. I sure wish this is was taken as a "blanket" statement for all people in their dealings with one another. A way to interact with all people. And that's sad as hell. You know... a parents frustration at having a gay son perhaps... not being to relate or is mortified... that the boy doesn't want to play ball, or like hod rods... and possibly not be continuing that family line, this is probably at a Fathers frustration. And all the reverse for the mother regarding a daughter... not being a Betty Crocker clone. But disowning your child for reasons beyond their control is ridiculous and ignorant. Damn sad...
