YouTube account termination + LiveVideo User Rights Policy

About the termination of my YouTube account & the so called LiveVideo User Rights Policy.
This innocent cat video of Timmi and Zimba was removed by YouTube on 24th of December 2008 and my account was locked for 2 weeks.
During this two week period while I was locked out of my account I received notice that my account was terminated because of the video:
“Zimba gets reprimanded for breaking things”.
Is there a rogue YouTube employee on an errand for the Canadian cattery that stole 4 Bengal kittens from me? Perhaps someone has gained unauthorized access to YouTube?
My account was reinstated by YouTube without explanation on January 21. 2009. (At least I hope it was YouTube!)

A similar thing has occurred on my account at livevideo.com/Richardnorton.

I got the following notice from LiveVideo:
Hi RichardNorton,
Your media, "Aurora`s etiquette leaves much to be desired!", has been deleted for the following reason:
Material that is generally inappropriate.
Strange that on a video site where we find disgusting images of people having sex with animals this video of a kitten eating a turkey wing is removed within 5 hours of it being uploaded!
The first mail to LiveVideo sent to admin@livevideo.com and privacy@livevideo.com on the 7th on January 2009:
Sirs

I would like to know how this video is inappropriate. It is just a video of a kitten eating a turkey wing!
I ask that this be reconsidered and the video replaced.
Another matter I would like to take up is the fact that another Livevideo user, mulelover, has created and published a video with the title “*Richard Norton CHILD ABUSER a href="http://www.livevideo.com/video/185DE293AEB342B1BBBA959D5DEA5D6A/richard-norton-child-abuser.aspx">http://www.livevideo.com/video/185DE293AEB342B1BBBA959D5DEA5D6A/richard-norton-child-abuser.aspx>;*”. This video was published December 12, 08. When I took a screen shot December 21.08 it had 75 views. Mulelover has a few days ago made this video private. This video is accusing me of being a convicted child abuser! I’m attaching a copy of the video to this mail. When videos are uploaded they undergo some sort of approval process. I would like an explanation as to how this criminal libel could pass through Livevideo’s approval process. I and three other persons have flagged her video and written complaints about it. It was never removed nor was mulelover’s account deleted.

Mulelover is a woman from Canada that visited me her in Norway last February. She bought some Bengal kittens from me to take back to a cattery in Canada. Later I shipped 4 kittens to her which she was to sell and we should split the profits. When I asked about my share she started an extensive harassment campaign on YouTube accusing me of animal abuse, child abuse, drug abuse. She has created YouTube accounts in my name and used these to make threatening comments and sexually explicit comments, often directed towards minors. There is a considerable scandal about this on YouTube.

Quite a few people are sincerely hoping that LiveVideo IS a place to have fair review of all videos. Livevideo's apparent approval of the convicted child abuse video, i.e., no response to numerous complaints has shocked and disappointed me and others.

I have written 3 times to LiveVideo and have not received an answer. Several of my subscribers tell me that have also written to LiveVideo about this matter but have gotten no response.
You can help by sending a mail to LiveVideo and demanding that they take their LiveVideo User Rights Policy seriously and come up with some answers.
You are welcome to download this video and repost it anywhere you like.

Something is very wrong with YouTube and particularly LiveVideo. Both you and I complained about some pictures on LiveVideo including sex with animals. There was also a picture of a preteen girl. It took 3 days before it was removed and the person that published the material did NOT get their account deleted.
My account was resurrected and born again as a result of several persons that helped in many different ways. (It may well again be taken over by the devil or receive the kiss of Judas.)
In any case thanks to those who helped. I shall not mention any names as the list is long. You know who you are.

Removal of Richard's benign videos happened on Youtube also. She managed to, thru dilligence and maybe hacking, to do a bit a damage. Justice triumphed though and he was reinstated. Very sweet.
I like JAXCast's suggestion below, Richard. Try that!

Comment by DENALYNNN on February 4, 2009 at 4:55pm: OH On Livevideo you will certainly run into serious crap, believe me I was there for three years and had nothing but problems between members abusing each other to issues with the actual administration I am also told it is ran by certain members of the so-called FAMILY site which allows pornographic materials in front of minors and shows favoritism as to whom it actually responds to regarding any form of questions or complaints, I will never return. YT has become VERY strict with what they allow and I see issues with that daily that suprise me
