CONVICTED CHILD ABUSE BULLETIN SENT TO 60 YOUTUBE CHANNELS! This video is the seventh time I have complained to YT about this criminal libel and predatory behavior. On Monday the 06th of October P. Enggrav from her YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/pennymusicMAma published two bulletins to approximately 60 other YouTube channels. (She has recently changed the name on her channel from Penny E. Hoffland to P. Enggrav.) Bulletin From:pennymusicMAma Date:Mon 06 Oct 2008 13:34:46 PDT Subject:ConvictedChild Abuser NORTON & Affair with another woman,Signe Body: An Informed source has told me that RICHARDNORTON is a Convicted Child Abuser & having an affair with Henriks's Signe..In addition he intimidates decent people, destrroys Channels with his cat 'groupies', makes Fraudulent Channels & hurts kind people with his Lies, deletes Positive comments & makes up Negative ones, also deletes All the vitriole of his 'cat fans' to make others look bad, Attacks friends of good people & is YT ABUSER.Report him for Abuse & Harassment And another Bulletin about 25 minutes later: Bulletin From:pennymusicMAma Date:Mon 06 Oct 2008 13:59:47 PDT Subject:A 3rd FALSE CHANNEL by RICHARDNORTON & his 'cat groupies' Body: Please BEWARE that RICHARDNORTON thinks he can get away with anything-all powerful... HE & his cronies have made another FAKE CHANNEL called 'CRAPPIECAPI' to hurt me & my little dog"Capi". They even send ou comments, claiming they are from 'CRAPPIE CAPI "- THIS IS YOU TUBE ABUSE. REPORT HIM & his accomplices. I know it is him because he got into my mail & called us both"CRAPPY".REPORT ABUSE. The following channels received the bulletin. Richard is NOT a convicted or a child abuser, he has never been charged. The woman who has instigated such lies, is the same Sherri who has created videos of me on YT, used my grandson's image and video of mine to mock me. She also VoIPed me. See my International Criminal Harassment video here. She has affected certain weak women to believe her, who are mentioned in this video. Serious stuff to accused someone of such a crime. All the lies created as a distraction from the fact that 4 kittens, that were shipped to Canada, were not paid for.

Awwwww, teh fucking kittehs. If you;ve been labeled as a preditor ( AND YOUR NOT) posting such info could be called Libel/Slander....the ball may be in your court, me thinks

I see no problem here. The fact that you talked over the video vs playing music and showing video and text should categorize this as a documentation/commentary.
Should you receive a DMCA you should actually look up the documentation and commentary section of the "Fair Use" clause. While it's MOSTLY grey in description. I'm sure you and other will find this under documentation.
