Things are much more tangled.
Perhaps the best would be to brake it up in so called "Networks" of which Dramatube could be one out of lets say 1000. Have a list and short description of those networks and people can have a look and perhaps join. The moderators or administrators would be real people you can actually talk with and every site would have it's own set of rules like it should be in a free democratic society. One size fits all doesn't work
