Drone, how could you not know about the Ning 3.0 roll out? All ning sites are being FORCED to use 3.0, which has no videos, no forums, no anything except blogs and photos. It's pathetic. It may not be broke, but they're going to break it whether we like it or not.

Does grou.ps support video in any way?

mixxt.de isn't bad, it supports embedding videos, which is better than nothing.

I'd have said use Dolphin if you want to build your own social network but it'd take longer than the time that's left to build it from scratch and make it worth using, it's not easy to set up.

You've only got weeks, better hurry up. From personal experience I can tell ya, Ning 3.0 is worthless as fuck.

@Argent - Lez and I need very much to have that conversation SOON. Lez and I are both very busy at the moment with real life stuff.....But, yeah, time is running out to come up with a plan.

Well, that sucks. Ning is going down the toilet. So do we have a plan for when 3.0 rolls out, what are we doing here? Are we going to use 3.0 (basically Wordpress with less features) or does Lez plan to put the site on a different service? Time is running out VERY quickly here.
