What Trevor did was more like taking a piss on Phantom then speech. I have been many years on Usenet and what Trevor dd I would regard as harassment, insulting and spamming and there are rules for that on Usenet and in many countries.
In my country you can go to jail for insulting somebody. Where I live now you have to pay a fine if you insult a person by his real name. So rules and laws are according to the country you live in.

I don't know either because some on Dramatube voice the opinion that nothing is real and everything goes.
I am tired of this site and created my own one. Just for me and a few friends.
There are 2-3 people on Dramatube i have contact with and that's all.
Evil Joe recommended to me to read Encyclopedia Dramatica and explained to me that DramaTube was Drama like in slang "Drama". Bare knuckles fight. But how could anybody get hurt keeping in mind that "nothing is real and nothing can really hurt you"? A philosophy I do not share and don't believe in it. So whats all the fuss about since "nothing is real"?

I agree but when speech stops being speech and being something else? Words don't mean a thing? Tell that to a Christian or any other believer. Words can kill and do kill in real life. They can also give life. The right advice ( the right words ) can save life's.

I just had a look at that video. Phantom did wrong but how did it come to that point?
When does freedom of speech stop and harassment starts?
Are death threats freedom of speech?
Spamming ?
I found those videos by Trevor Riegor or what was his name disgusting and they were posted again and again. And that stupid dickhead picture. Must have seen it 50 times. Phantom did wrong but it's not just black and white.
False DMCAs are for cowards. Lost 10 accounts on Youtube because of false DMCAs.

What is pissing the administrators off are people who endanger the existence of Dramatube on the ning network.
False DMCAs are really shit.
I think if the administrators are really pissed off one month ban could be enough time to cool down but if the same shit happen again, lifetime ban. But this is my opinion. I also think insults are OK but rather dull and stupid.
A discussion is far more interesting and people could at the end gree to disagree and not take it to personal.
Criminal libeling should be prohibited to my opinion because I become a victim of a guy who framed me with his identity theft, libel and slander. When you start loosing money and your propert because of somebodies identity theft and slander it's not freedom of opinion anymore but malicious lies that costs your money, your property and your FREEDOM. Was in jail twice because of shit posted by Sean. I don't think it's funny. Somewhere is a line. A razor sharp line. There are two other lines before the razor line.
Endangering Dramatube is it a razor sharp line? If the actions of phantom endangered the existence of Dramatube it was.
Otherwise one month ban should do it. Again, just my opinion.
