Look we said he was permabanned and that was before he contacted NIng and had them officially retracted.

So yea a person is perma banned if they're filed maliciously. The only way you have a snow ball's chance in hell of a reprieve is if we get an email from Ning saying they've been retracted.. Then MAYBE we'll let the person back in. If they don't do that then they're gone for good. Does that clarify things?
