Lovie's Blog 2.0 (Once privatized) Re-released for the current occasion

I got back last night from my New Year’s trip, I had a great time. Logged into DT and noticed the full fledged attack mainly on MBD but there was mention of admin’s throughout. Now some of you know how I am, the word admin’s means all admin’s, so that includes me.

This BLOG is not about bashing anyone nor is it about pointing the finger. But some members here and we all know who they are “Love creating Drama” and if I had complete control of this site they ass would be gone, point blank period. No one wants to be on a site full of bullshit thrown at them. We have been very lenient with some on this site, so cut the personal attack bullshit.

With that said, I have only so much control over what goes on inside this site, and rightly so because I am not the owner of this site. So any major changes, decisions, etc, are discussed collectively, BUT ultimately the decisions implemented lay in the hands of the OWNER. I am what it says an “Admin” but at the same time I am a person with a life outside of DT.

Suggestions are taken into consideration, but I mean let’s face it, I don’t know of any website owner that let its members dictate the direction or change of their website.

Instead of running around all over DT complaining about what is taking place (obviously beyond your control) and what you don’t like, start offering content to the site that invites and welcome’s new members. Now to say that I don’t know anything about websites is just ridiculous, I have a Bachelors Degree in Business of Advertising, I know what it takes to have a successful website. And doing so takes time, goal-setting, promotion, marketing, and implementation of those goals and tactics.

Now an outline of my take on some things……..the old saying “Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians” is fitting.

• 1. Complaints on the changes taking place on DT
  • While input and suggestions from users are taken into consideration, it is what it is “suggestions” and the owner of this site does not have to implement every suggestion by a member or user of the site that is given.
  • I do not see all of the disastrous change that some of you are complaining about.
  • You have control over the design of you personal page, implement you changes and likes there
  • I refuse to believe that any of you that own a website, would let members of a site dictate when, where, and when changes should occur on your website, that you pay for and are responsible for.
• 2. Complaints of Admin’s turning things into personal attacks & talking down to members
  • There is something majorly wrong with these accusations. Why is it that admin’s should be under attack at random times and when one of us reply in whatever manner that we do, we are wrong
  • From day one I have always stated that as an admin we are suppose to maintain a certain rapport, BUT when is that rapport excused, at what level is it ok to fire back at your attacker.
• 3. Site failure and why
  • Some of you are pointing the finger at the admin’s and some at the members calling them liars
  • It is obvious what the problem(S) are well were
  • If you want more adverse members then you must make them welcome, not display pure evil and disrespect towards them no one wants to be around bullshit.
  
  Take this anyway you want to, I don’t give a two shit’s, but the truth is the truth. This is not a damn democracy, this is not our website, but we are a part of what makes this site, breathe, tick, etc., So why don’t yall stop killing it with all of your bullshit tantrums, figure out what type of members you want at this site and proceed from there, because the type of shit that is going on now, WON"T build this site up PERIOD. DRAMTUBE can mean a lot of other things besides the bullshit drama that is displayed at the moment.
  
  Wah wah wah I want, I want, I want, I want, but not offering, offering, offering, offering anything but a bunch of bullshit. Like a bunch of damn spoiled children, having fits and falling out on the floor because you don’t like something or get what you want when you want it.

• Update: * If we knew who the person was creating havock under a "sock account" the admins are not obligated to tell who that person is, It is none of anyone's business who the person is, especially members of a site; what the identity of a person is, they were banned and it should be the end of discussion, but some of us just don't know when to let go, do we?
  
  And Digger did you not forget the comment you made in the chat box during all this, telling MRB "to go fuck her dog", in all caps....and she said it back to you, and you went ape shit.
  
  Once again the account was suspended even though it wasn't porn, the bestiality video, showed what was about to happen but it didn't show what did happen, but that other video showed ass's going up and down with two men having a sexual act, which is porn.
