New rule pertaining to sexual harrasement

The sexual harrasement of our female (or male) users by other males (or females) will not be tolerated. The criteria for sexual harrasement on this website is any reasoneable attempt at making a female (or male) feel violated in a sexual manner by verbal or commented messages. The female (or male) has to first off feel threatened or violated at that point the administrators of the this site will investigate the incident. At which point if we find that the complaint is a reasonable one the perpetrator may be warned or permanently removed from the site dependant on what the administrators feel is neccesary

I have to implement this in order to keep this place a free speech zone I need both male and female members of this site to feel comfortable. Also a person/persons would have to be engaging in the harrasement of a specific entity. If someone makes a video with no direct entity or target person/group. Example: I hate all women, or all women are bitches etc etc etc, then due to the level of freedom of speech we have here then this would be classified as protected speech.

Example of sexual harrasement

Male (or female) User says to female (or male) user: Hey you have a nice ass

Female (or male) User responds with Leave me alone

Male (or female) user continues with other verbally degrading attacks

Female (or male) user contacts administrators

Administrators take the appropriate action that they see as neccesary, IE a warning or removal from the site

Key elements of this rule are

-The female (or male) user must be made to feel uncomfortable or threatened
-The threat or verbal harrasement must be REASONEABLE an example is if you feel threatened or harrased by someone welcoming you to the site then there is no action taken.

The method to report sexual harrasement
-A report must be sent in by the victim. People cannot complain for someone else
-Sent in through a private message through this website I will not view complaints sent in through youtube or other social networks
