12 OUNCES OF ROASTED SUNFLOWER KERNALS
1/2 POUND OF BEEF JERKY
A SHIT LOAD OF EASTER CHOCOLATES
AND A TURKEY AND PROVALONE SUB.
I DRANK:
5 24OZ MT DEWS
1 AMP ENERGY DRINK.
I SMOKED 1 CIGARETTE.
IS THERE LIGHT AT THE END OF THIS TUNNEL?

I quit last august, It was hard for the first couple weeks, after that, it is an easy downhill battle. I still have the dreams where I am smoking though, then I wake up pissed off that I had a cig in my dream.. lol

Yes, there is light at the end of the tunnel, a waiting-lit bic lighter...Just kidding.I have tried 3 times over the past ten years, made it to 7 days...and back-slid.Good luck.

yes. you will begin to feel so much better in a few days, if you can just hold out. i promise. waking up is better, sleeping is better...and you will be able to breathe better. food will start to taste better, and you will be able to smell things better too.
