QUITTING SMOKING DAY 2: A NEW PATCH.. A NEW DAY.
DAY2
I HAVEN'T KILLED NOBODY AND I HAD TO MAKE A MIDNIGHT RUN TO TACO BELL.
I DIDN'T SLEEP WELL I KEPT WAKING UP EVERY 40 MINUTES OR SO.
I AM CONSIDERING THIS WEEKS SHOW SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT "DRAMA TUBE" TO HELP GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS WEBSITE.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
ANYWAY I AM POSTING VIDEOS THAT WERE EITHER WRONGFULLY REMOVED OR GOT ME SUSPENDED ON YOUTUBE. THE MEGA UPLOADER WILL BE HANDY FOR THIS.
ANYWAYS BACK TO EATING TWINKIES AND DRINKING MT DEW.

i quit 20 years ago november 22.... best thing i ever did..... hang in there. after day 3 i no longer wanted the world to blow up.... drink a lot of water.... take it minute by minute.... distract the mind. try to chill.
