scary movie update

Some wanted follow-up on my progress at abating lifelong wimpiness via plunging into your random scary movie suggestions. Henceforth:

Thank you very much for QUARANTINE. Too afraid to shut my eyes, still awake as the sun was coming up, I had to take a sleeping pill to get ANY sleep the other night. Then dreamed about getting attacked by childhood dog, bitten on the arm while brother watched on, then awakened to the song lyrics "Please release me, let me go" not on radio but thru head. Next night dreamed I found a mouse in my house. I put something small & unweighty over it; I was in bare feet. Then someone said it was Hunter S.'s funeral that day so we had to do 1 last motorcycle ride thru my house. I walked back in but the mice had multiplied. 2 of us placed more unweighty items. Managed to get 1 rider thru for a quick circle then exit. Woke up wondering what to do about the rats. So many.

All in all, a raging success, Quarantine was, in oh so many ways. Only wish habla espanol so I could see the scarier REC version!

Hard Candy: Lovely, that was. esp. the castration scenes. Oh yes, I do fear all of you online now more than ever. Bueno! That jump off the roof at the end thing? What a wigger, that guy was, gosh! I'd like to be that female character in my next life. Inspirational, a kind of guidebook, HC was.

Last House on the Left: Another charmer! LOVED the rape & torture, and that wood cutter or microwaving the guy's head at the end? Splendid! Wish I'd thought of that. Such redemption as they sailed off into the sunrise toward help! Warms my heart, truly. Esp. the memory of having snuck into the original as a teenager in PA. and being freaked out for YEARS after.

Keep 'em coming! Just getting started! I know now to not click play till around 11 at night to maximize my viewing pleasure into the wee hours and drag thru the next day, cancelling all appointments in the process, checking that my doors are locked every 5 minutes & brandishing all available serrated- edged knives at my disposal! Cell phone has 911 on speed dial! You never know!
