- THE COMPLICATED TERMS OF SERVICE

Section 1: Illegal Content

Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators will not tolerate the posting of Illegal content. Dependant of the content and severity of the content, it may constitute either a ban or local or federal law enforcement being contacted. We at Dramatube are NOT CRIMINALS and do not support any usage of this site in order to further a criminal or illegal agenda

Examples of Criminal content are:

-The posting of Child Pornography, this may include:
-Pictures of children in sexually explicit manors or pictures of children with sexually explicit imagery, or language attached to the image. The posting of this content will result in the proper authorities/law enforcement agency being contacted and will most indefinitely result in permanent removal from the site.

-Using our site to sell or trade items\services that are illegal by federal or state statute where the server of this website resides.

-This may include things such as illegally modified firearms, fully automatic firearms, ballistic knives, Illegal Narcotics, Illegal services such as prostitution, and Illegal content. This may result in law enforcement being contacted and WILL result in a permanent ban.

-Using our site to extort\blackmail a person, organization, business, or group
-Example sending a message that you intend to extort funds or services from any Business, persons or person, private party, organization, or group. This WILL result in removal from our site and MAY result in law enforcement being contacted

-Using our site to send threats of physical violence or loss of life against another person or persons, or group, or organization, or business.
-Threatening to kill or physically harm the president. Threatening to kill or harm any user of this site, threatening to kill or harm anyone that you may know in real life. This WILL result in law enforcement being contacted and WILL result in a permanent ban

-Using our site to distribute copyrighted material
-If you use this site to distribute any copyrighted material (example: batman begins or naughty nurses 9 would be an example of copyrighted material). This will result in removal from the site.

-The display of animals in a sexual manner or the act of engaging with sex with animals
-Go to Encyclopedia Dramatica and look up the word furries

Threatening or causing harm to yourself may result in removal from the site and may result in the appropriate law enforcement/outreach agency being contacted.
-this would mostly be threatening to kill yourself in a serious manner or uploading any video, or imagery of you attempting to kill yourself.

Section 2: Pornography

We are not a Pornography site. There are many sites on the internet that are pornographic and as such we do not allow our users to post pornographic material for the simple fact that we do not want a pornographic site. However, Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators recognize that there is a separation between nudity and pornography and nudity can be applicable in art. The difference between Pornographic material and artistic nudity will be decided by Dramatube staff and administrators. Generally the rules for judging what is pornographic will follow these guidelines

-If there is any PENETRATION by, any object or appendage, or anothers appendage into a organ that is a sexual organ.

Section 3: Users that are under the age of 18

Users under the age of 18 are not allowed to sign up for this websites services however the Dramatube staff and administrators recognize that it is extremely easy for a person to lie about there age. As such the criteria for banning users under the age of 18 will be as follows. The user has admitted to being under the age of 18 or the user is not 18 by appearance. (it is easy to tell the difference between a 18 year old and a 10 year old). Violation of this section will result in permanent removal from the site until the user turns 18 years of age.

Section 4: Sexual harassment

The sexual harassment of any user of this site by either a male or female will result in permanent removal from the site. However Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators, do realize that a person may send in a false report of sexual harassment. As such, all reports of sexual harassment will be investigated by staff or an administrator prior to any action being taken.

Sexual harassment will be defined as any inappropriate statement made to any gender, male or female in an attempt to make them feel sexually violated or make them feel as though the actor wants to sexually violate the victim in any way.

Sexual harassment complaints must be REASONABLE, if a complaint is reasonable or not will be decided by Dramatube staff or administrators.

Section 5: Dramatube Staff rights

Dramatube staff reserve the right to amend this Terms of Service agreement for any reason, they also reserve the right to use their own judgment in deciding what is and is not a violation of a TOS agreement. Also the staff of this site do have the right to remove a user from this website for a TOS violation without providing the offender with any information for why they where removed. Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators also reserve the right to un-ban any user for any reason. By registering and creating an account on this website you agree that you will never press charges or take any legal action against any Dramatube staff member, or administrator. Attempting to engage in legal action as a registered user of this site may result in the Dramatube taking legal action against you and may result in a permanent suspension of your account.

Section 6: To cover our asses legally

-Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators reserve the right to remove any user for any reason from the site

-Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators reserve the right to remove any videos, photos, or any other content, or code added onto or uploaded to the site.

-Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators reserve the right to hand over any material that they see as illegal over to the proper authorities as well as users names, emails, and any other information we may have.

-Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators reserve the right to laugh at you and ridicule you if we think you are a moron or you have a purely idiotic idea 

-Dramatube, its staff, and its administrators reserve the right to take any action to the website that they feel is nececary.
