Understand that there is a war being waged on your mind; that each of us are being attacked personally by the ruling  class in perpetuity. The weapons used are numerous and their extent vast, from televisions & media in general to drugs, education, and the imposed instant gratification/consumerist lifestyle in pursuit of perpetual distraction of one's mind or its occupation with repetitious and mindless nonsense.
