wut is freedom of speech?

Despite the constitutional guarantee of free speech in the United States, legal systems have not treated freedom of speech as absolute. Among the more obvious restrictions on the freedom to say just what one likes where one likes are laws regulating incitement, sedition, defamation, slander and libel, blasphemy, the expression of racial hatred, and conspiracy. The liberal tradition has generally defended freedom of the sort of speech which does not violate others' rights or lead to predictable and
avoidable harm, but it has been fierce in that defence because a free interchange of ideas is seen as an
essential ingredient of democracy and resistance to tyranny, and as an important agent of improvement.
The distinction between an action falling under the description of speech and one which does not is not clear cut,
because many non-verbal actions can be seen as making a statement—for example, burning a flag or destroying a
symbol. Again, valued freedom of speech embraces publication—writing, broadcasting, distributing recordings—
as well as oral delivery of ideas.

Which is against the law in most countries but the cops permitted because it destroys the Internet and any meaningful discussion.

I was flamed and personally attacked here on Dramatube for posting embedded videos made by Americans about America.
I have met so many Americans ( also other nationalities ) who are closer to the mentality of Nazi Germany than the mentality of Thomas Jefferson. Critisizing the government is not only a basic right but a duty according to Thomas Jefferson and I was attacked by people who by ways of thinking would be better off in a communist state because you can't criticize the government in a totalitarian regime and that what the USA has become for most Americans today. A totalitarian regime you do not dare to criticize or they will flame you, insult you, drop dogs on you, threaten you spam you etc. Everything but short of arresting you and putting you in jail. Intimidation and scare tactics and then those fascist nutcases claim to defend freedom of speech by which they mean THEYR freedom of speech and all others have the right to shut up. Sean got suspended over 900 times from Youtube. He is a friend of koolaid. I have no illusion. 80% of the active people on the Internet are either sheeple or little wannabe Nazis.
I predict full scale fascism within the next 5 years.
