or excuse me.... the "Declaration of independence" was July 4th 1776, the actual Constitution was September 17th, 1787.. my bad

Lets not forget that DC (District of Columbia) kinda has it's OWN set of laws and police force basically outside the Unites States. I'm sure there are plenty of "loop-holes" for their private little law enforcement to jump through while the citizens scream "free speech free speech, constitutional rights"..... lets also remember that there are also "2" constitutions... the "suppressed" version established "July 4th, 1776" was meant more for The People of course... but the "UNITED STATES" is now a Corporation due to the Act of 1871

But regardless, I'm not sure how much the "Constitution" applies in Washington DC.... that's basically my point.
