Cop Kicks Suspect in Head for Not Resisting Arrest

Despite lying on the ground with his arms and legs spread, a suspect got a face full of police boot on Wednesday. The kicking cop added insult to injury by giving a post-beating high five. The brutality was the final chapter of a pursuit that began about 1:30 p.m. at an attempted traffic stop in El Monte, Calif. Comment by ☠Realize Lies☠ on May 15, 2009 at 8:29pm: ÐΣLΣTΣ♂, I agree with you only to the extent of this officers "personal & emotional vendetta" with the subject... but that of course is still UN-LAWFUL and we both know that, it's STILL police brutality by law.... hmmmm, a different perspective perhaps ..... ok Guantanamo detainees... for whatever reason they're there, does that give our government officials the lawful right to allow torture upon them? IMO, NO IT DOESN'T.

This model is adapted from a United States government publication on use of force. It lists multiple tactics in order from least to most severe, but is only a partial model, as it does not give corresponding degrees of subject resistance.

Plain and simple, the guy gave up and for what he had done he's going to pay anyways... there was no need for the excessive force.... but of course I agree that this guy belongs behind bars... if it were me or you, a citizen?!... i say kick his fukin ass... but a COP?!... better fukin do his job professionally... fukin PIG...oink oink!
