That makes me sick that no one stopped to not only let him by, but to see if he was alright....I know it's a busy highway but COME ON! It didn't look nearly as busy as the highway near me.....

That other dog is pretty amazing.

Vern, thanks, man. This one made my night. You're right--man should be ashamed. Mark Twain once wrote (along the lines of)that the difference between man and dog was that if you saved a dog from hunger, housed him, and otherwise took care of him, a dog would never betray you. I have an old 13-year-old best friend like that dog.
