@ MBD There's a principle of business, "to get paid what you're worth you have to charge what you're worth." Sadly many people work for an employer, (as opposed to owing their own business) and they get paid the "going rate." If I charged the "going rate" (that which I pay my workers), I'd be bankrupt.
